In accordance with Greek Tourism Legislation (Ministerial Decision 4109 / Government Gazette B' 1546, Regulation on Tourist Accommodation-Guest Relations), rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Unauthorized retention of the room past 12:00 automatically triggers these published fees. Late check-out is strictly subject to availability and requires prior arrangement with reception.

Guest Guidelines

  • After check-in, responsibility for the room passes to the guest.
  • No refunds are possible after check-in.
  • Smoking is not allowed indoors.
  • Please do not dispose of paper in the toilet; use the bin provided. Guests are held responsible for blockages or damages.
  • Please do not leave your key in the lock when leaving, as the door is securely locked from the inside. Guests are responsible for any damages from improper use.
  • The garden is watered automatically between 02:00 and 06:00. Please do not leave clothes or personal items on the balcony during this time.
  • Keep the balcony door screen closed to enjoy our rural setting comfortably.
  • To ensure the air conditioning functions correctly, please keep balcony doors and windows closed.
  • Guests will be charged for any missing items or damages found at checkout.
  • All room charges, restaurant bills, and extra services must be settled prior to departure. Under Greek law (Civil Code, Article 838), the hotel holds a statutory lien and right of retention over luggage and personal belongings brought into the hotel until all outstanding balances are fully paid.

Housekeeping

  • Towels are changed daily only if left on the floor. This helps save water.
  • Sheets are changed every other day.
  • Hand towels, pool towels, bathrobes and other amenities are provided for your entire stay.
